Stopped in to have TPMS checked after it came on over the pass. He checked the tire pressure and helped reset the TPMS sensor. Got us back on the road in no time. THANKS!
Stranded a mile out with a flat. Was told basically they were “slammed “ and couldn’t get to me that day. I got upset and said “what not even for a family stranded 1 mile away with a 5 year old?” The manager said: “not with that attitude” and walked away. It’s the only show in town. My roadside service would’ve paid them for it. Edit: Basin Tire in Klamath Falls had our tire changed within 30 minutes, although they were extremely busy! Also bought 2 RV batteries from them.

Stopped in last minute with my work van to check my tire air pressure. Of course one was a little low but the tire light on the dash turned off. Quick & friendly service. Thanks guys 🤙
