Superior customer service!
I received a text to order & pay for an rX on Friday. I did so and got a confirmation of payment and a delivery date (Monday). Monday rolls around and I get a call from the pharmacy that I need to pay. I let them know I already did, and they tell me to check with my bank (?!) because they don't have any record of my payment (despite my confirmation email from them). I have to ask them to search their system with my conformation number, they do, and say they still have no record of my payment. I keep asking questions to try a... read more
