Phil Collier and his team do not communicate with each other and wasted our time. We were quoted a price for a very specific kitchen request and when we got there to meet, Phil said nothing that I asked for and spoke to his representative about for weeks, was included in the quote that I was given prior to making the 3 hour trip to their “showroom”. Just wanted to get us in the door and rip us off it felt like. The team had very pool customer service skills and have no courtesy for customers time. Disappointed
