Oakridge responded quickly to our initial call when our hot water tank failed, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that's where it ended. It turned out additional plumbing work was required, but they never followed up to tell me, never provided a quote, and never returned to do the work. I was left chasing with no response, and the delay dragged on until I had to arrange another provider entirely. Quick to attend, but no follow-through and no communication after that first visit. Unfortunately, I would not use this company.

Great customer service and took time to respond to all questions. They have the experience to do the job right the first time and will have your home functioning optimally. Equally they are members of the community with families and provide jobs while supporting a myriad of activities within Renfrew County. Much thanks for the outstanding service.

Alan Dunn is a known thief, and liar and scumbag. Do not ever do business with this family. He is well known by the OPP and has had several run ins with law enforcement. STAY AWAY.

Had Jesse in to troubleshoot and repair a failed programmable thermostat that died and was preventing us from being able to heat the house in early December. He was unable to solve the problem with this type of thermostat for which he apologized profusely (and unnecessarily I thought). He was honest and stated that they probably would not have someone who would be able to quickly replace and program a new unit and suggested trying some other dealer..and once again, apologized.
