They are good and fast if you want to have sand delivered. However I have contacted them for a septic problem and have not gotten a call back after two weeks and 6 phone calls. They always say the will get back to me with an estimate or information but they never do. One time when I called they told me they forgot about my request and the receptionist stated the the man in charge does not always check his messages.
