Although the people at this Dentist office are very friendly, I was frustrated with the incompetence of some of the front desk personnel. My insurance changed prior to my appointment, so I made sure to email my updated card to the office as well as give them a call to make sure that my portal was updated and new insurance was verified. When I sat down to get my teeth cleaned, I came to find that my insurance was never verified, resulting in my appointment being delayed by 45 minutes. I scheduled an appointment with Oakridge 5 months ago, received reminders of my appointment, when I show up for it they have no record of me. I show them my appointment reminder, no comment. They also deleted the paperwork I filled out etc. My guess is an employee's friend or family member got my appointment....totally unprofessional and unacceptable. They made zero effort to accommodate me with a new appointment and didn't return my call when I tried to get them to remedy the issue,
THis business granted me an appointment as a new patient. The day before the appointment they canceled and said that they were taking no new patients. The appointment was made 6 months before. They chose to cancel one day before my appointment. I had canceled another appointment with another dentist because of this appointment. Now I can not get an appointment with another dentist till November which is another 6 months. This service and treatment is abominable.
left some root after Dr. Bone pulled my tooth.never checked with X-ray. Stay away , go to a private dentist.
