Although the people at this Dentist office are very friendly, I was frustrated with the incompetence of some of the front desk personnel. My insurance changed prior to my appointment, so I made sure to email my updated card to the office as well as give them a call to make sure that my portal was updated and new insurance was verified. When I sat down to get my teeth cleaned, I came to find that my insurance was never verified, resulting in my appointment being delayed by 45 minutes.
