Unfortunately they need to do a better job with hiring compassionate and empathetic people at front desk and not just a bunch of mean girls who think they’re still in highschool. Nancy and Natalie are horrific and seem like they’re bullies. The doctors are great and hence the 3 stars the doctors deserve staff that align with their morals and values which is obviously going above and beyond.
Doctor pulled my tooth (read the whole review if you want details), then when the pain didn’t disappear he dismissed the pain as possibly “just the weather. We were sent to specialists, but no one could find anything wrong. The tooth (before extraction) looked perfect — no missed canals, no infection, clean CBCT scan, and the gums were healthy. They provided excellent service. I appreciated they do a complete dental work in one visit along with my yearly check up. Staff are accommodating to my needs. Mona Cooley
