This place is the worst place to live in this town. Management and the new landlord run this like it's a prison. Horrible management
This complex is a wonderful property to rent from! Very well kept units, affordable and great staff! I recommend Oakridge to anyone looking for a great rental experience. Any time I had a maintenance issue I put in a repair form online and the issue was resolved in a very short and reasonable time frame. My experience with management here is not what you would call decent. I've been vaguely threatened by management and tenants. I've had multiple issues with the unit and brought many concerns to light. But I am then told they will not be tolerating anymore abuse from me. I asked what abuse and got no answer. Not once have I ever been belligerent, sworn at, and or yelled at anyone working with this company.
