At a time a family grieving looking for a place to lay a loved one, the workers here are joking around and very unprofessional
It has been almost 4 years since my Mother passed and her grave site is still unacceptable. I have had multiple correspondence with different ones over these past 4 years. There continues to be very little grass in her gravesite as it is mostly red clay. I met with someone that I won't name at the end of February 2026 before the grass growing season begging them to level off her grave so it did not continue to be shaved by the lawnmower blade when they went over it. Ms. Hernandez was so kind I had visited my family members grave and noticed that her vase had been broken. (Potentially weather damage) I was initially upset but Kristie was so kind and helpful getting this replaced she seemed to have actually cared about me and my concerns.
