My daughter and I had to stop in the office yesterday and we spoke with Victoria, Auriana and Javis. They were all AMAZING to us. While there a family member of mine actually called Victoria and frankly was being very rude. I apologized multiple times for the person but Victoria handled it very respectfully and professionally!
