Dr. Eric Lum has been my G P for the last few months. He has proved to be a very caring, compassionate doctor who takes time to listen carefully to my medical issues and offers advice and resolutions. I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor. Valerie Bortoletto
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Disgusting horrible place, the doctor chan lacks human basic empathy or bedside manner and compassion. Also, the receptionist (a young Asian female) is extremely rude, disrespectful and glares at patients walking into the clinic and talks down to them with a cold horrible rude attitude. I witnessed her do it to multiple patients not just my partner and I. Have told all family and friends to stay away from this clinic that happens to be in our neighborhood.
I was referred to Dr. Chan for an ADHD assessment and had never met or spoken to him before this appointment. Before even seeing him, I was asked to provide a urine sample, which immediately made me uncomfortable as I had never been asked to do this for ADHD-related concerns by any previous doctor.
