Dr. Chan being my family doctor for nearly 5 years. I learnt that all kind of relationship requires time to build, especially effective communication and understanding. I am happy Dr. Chan's caring and patient in every time I visit.

Office policy not to allow pharmacy's to ask for refills while having like 2 to 3 week delays to see a doctor is extremely inconvenient.
