I was referred to Dr. Chan for an ADHD assessment and had never met or spoken to him before this appointment. Before even seeing him, I was asked to provide a urine sample, which immediately made me uncomfortable as I had never been asked to do this for ADHD-related concerns by any previous doctor. Dr Chan is extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring, curious, and ideally suited for this career helping others. He is focused and no-nonsense, I can see how some might not like this. Me? I love it. This is an educated professional with experience, he can be very analytical/contemplative and I find it endearing. I also want to add about Kelly who works in the front.
