Dr Kristie Wong - I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kristie Wong. She is, without question, the best family doctor I have ever had. What makes her stand out is how genuinely proactive she is. In my experience, many doctors tend to be reactive and only deal with issues once they become a problem. Dr. Wong is the complete opposite. I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience here. Dr. Forson Chan is an incredibly thorough and kind doctor, I was very impressed by how proactive he is with follow-ups and reminders. I have never experienced a doctor like him before. The clinic has an online portal that is efficient and easy to use, something I have also never seen at any other doctor’s office. He also uses AI note-taking during appointments, which is both impressive and forward-thinking. Thank you all!
Dr. Chan being my family doctor for nearly 5 years. I learnt that all kind of relationship requires time to build, especially effective communication and understanding. I am happy Dr. Chan's caring and patient in every time I visit.
