The staff is rude, and they don't know what customer service is. The lady who made no attempt to even speak reasonably with me claimed they didn't have records of any of the referrals that the nurse practitioner made in March. If the lady I spoke with is Dr. Sattar, I fully understand why the entire staff is incompetent. Also, pay close attention to the insurance claims they submit; they tried to commit insurance fraud with my provider.
