I was on the swim and water polo teams. I kind of feel bad for all the trouble we put Mr. Altchul (sp) through but at the same time, he ran the swim team rather horribly. He was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot from him, but goodness he was tough and uninspiring. You can't be one of the two. If you are going to be tough, you need to also be inspirational.
