Our family was very happy with this retirement community. The staff is like no other. Your loved one will definitely be looked out for. The restaurant staff is amazing and the caretakers are very compassionate and hardworking!
This is an amazing place. The staff is incredibly caring and PATIENT. They truly care about your loved one and go out of the way to understand their needs. My mom was there in 2018 after suffering from an accident and was unable to go home. She stayed there about 10 months and when this year it was time to leave her house for good, Oakmont was our first (and really only) choice. They welcomed her back with open arms and have been attentive and helpful to her AND our family. I don't think you can do better than Oakmont.
Our family is so grateful for the care my grandma Virginia received at Oakmont of San Antonio Heights. Moving a family member into memory care is never an easy decision, but with her complex needs, we knew she required more support than we could give at home. Oakmont exceeded every expectation we had. As a resident of Oakmont Senior Living. I am very pleased with the office staff Mia Rendon. Following hours of work always ready to help with everything. I have a one bedroom that has lots of space. The past year have been delightful and a great experience dealing with a large staff with lots of responsibilities and yet very personable too all the residents. Today is New Years Eve. Two of my closest friends died this past year; the experience leaves me with many feelings, and I promised myself that I would attempt to convey my gratitude to the staff at Oakmont of San Antonio Heights before the close of 2024.
