This place should be negative stars and shut down. Sure it looks nice, the food is good and the actives are fun for the residence but what about safety. When the electricity goes out, nothing works. No backup systems. Phones are out, place is dark and no staff bothers to check on residence. Separately, my dad lived here for 8 years and needed to use his emergency call button 3 times. Traditions is so well managed with very helpful staff. As a homehealth nurse I go to a lot of ALF and this by far the best

We, Home Helpers of Concord, had the pleasure of working with Oakmont of Montecito while caring for a couple of their residents, and it’s clear this is a place where people truly care. Pat, the Director of the Traditions Unit, leads her team with compassion and professionalism. She’s always attentive and works tirelessly to ensure both residents and staff are well-supported.
