The little cation is truly wonderful. Fresh air and a wonderful view of the water. Avon and Darina and team give the whole place a welcoming and inviting vibe.. With multiple activities, one can never suffer from boredom

My life improved dramatically when I moved to Cardinal Point 5 months ago. Although my experience is relatively short, others who have lived here much longer have said that they feel the same. The property is well maintained, both buildings and grounds. Including swimming pool and jacuzzi. When something needs repair/maintenance, the job gets done. I moved to Cardinal Point [after living at another independent living facility for 6.5 years]. I love living at Cardinal Point. My apartment is cute and efficient and I'm very cozy within. The food is delicious and the estuary outside gives the perfect Marina view from the dining room. The atmosphere is so warm and friendly. There are many activities and something is always happening to keep me occupied. I enjoy the excursions to museums and restaurants, etc. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
