IF YOU'RE A SMOKER DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! My wife and I both read a review of the complex defending a smoker on their balcony and stated that this was allowed by the complex. I even confirmed so before signing the lease, but now it's barely been over a month since we've moved in and getting complaints about the smoke. Now we're being told since other people are complaining that we are being asked to cease smoking which was supposed to be allowed, so even though yes it is allowed they can tell you to stop if people complain. I've been living at this apartment community for about a month, and my experience has been excellent so far. From the management team to the the leasing agent Elena has been welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is outstanding they respond quickly, are professional, and make sure everything is taken care of the right way. We moved in April 1st. This community is fast to respond to maintenance requests even on the weekends.
