I’ve been living here for a short time now and I love this complex. It is clean, maintenance is friendly and extremely fast, the front office staff is always available, and they actually care about the integrity of the property.
Just signed my 4th one-year lease agreement. I love my apartment and the staff here at Oakmont. I have a one bedroom with a study. Lots of storage space and having all the windows really lights the place up and makes it feel bigger. Vaulted ceilings in every room except the kitchen and bath. Garage is perfect fit for my small SUV, bike, tennis ball machine and camping gear. My rent has gone up every year that I have been here but not by much. Oakmont of Bear is an incredible place. I've lived in several different apartment complexes over the years and even worked maintenance at a place during college. The amount of work and efficiency of the maintenance team and office are by far the best I've ever seen. I have not had a single issue since I moved in. The most amazing part to me is the speed of work order responses. Everything has been fixed the same day or the next day every single time. I highly recommend this complex.
