I visited Oakmont Family Dental in Springfield yesterday and had an excellent experience. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and the clinic itself was clean and comfortable. A special shout-out to Syona, the dental hygienist who worked on my cleaning. She was incredibly efficient, thorough, and professional from start to finish. Wonderful in a word! From the reception all the way through. Treated so nicely and with such caring professionalism. Wow! Probably the best overall dental visit I have ever had. I hope I can get it all in. 1. A friend/coworker referred me after being referred by another coworker (there is a perk for this). 2. I was able to get an appointment fairly easily and within a reasonable amount of time. 3. I received reminders and was able to do my new patient information ahead of time. 4. In the last year I've had tons of work done by Oakmont. This has been the best dentist office ive ever been to. The staff is kind and courteous. I feel like I'm treated like a person. They have helped me in a hundred ways to feel better and more comfortable. Their prices are completely reasonable. And they are willing to let you guide what you do next. I can't say enough good things about this office. I'm glad that I get to continue to be a patient for years to come.
Best dentistry I’ve been to! Everyone is so kind and really knows what they’re doing (caught onto some nuances with my teeth that other dentists took a long time to figure out). Callie was so personable and warm, I’m excited to come back to see her again. I left with some particularly awesome goodies too! I highly recommend.
