Oakmont Family Dental is the BEST dental experience I have ever had in my 70 years of life! ….NO kidding. Everyone is always friendly and courteous. The decor is soothing and beautiful. I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes when I arrive for my appointment. They offer comfort items for you, if you so desire…like headphones with music, a blanket, a warm neck wrap, and so much more. If only my dental experiences as a child had been this way! Every visit to this clinic has been an exceptional experience. Today, I had the pleasure of seeing Kyla (Dental Hygienist) and Dr. Ian, and they both provided outstanding care. Kyla was incredibly thorough, answering all my questions with patience and clarity, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Ian was equally professional and attentive. I had the most wonderful experience at Oakmont. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and professional. I was asked if I wanted a warm blanket or neck warmer-wow! I would give them 10 stars if that was an option. I will recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thank you for being an awesome dental office.
Everyone was very warm and welcoming, from the front desk and hygienist to the doctor. They had a little gift waiting for me on the dentist chair and they even have a complimentary comfort menu with several amenities to choose from to help you relax, such as lip balm, essential oils, radio headphones, blanket, etc. I had x-rays and partial cleaning done and everything went smoothly. The hygienist was very professional and did a great job!
I had a ton of dental anxiety prior to becoming a patient here. I’ve now had some intensive dental work done and the services have been nothing less than exemplary. Regardless of how busy it seems they always take their time with me and make me feel heard with my dental needs. They are truly the best dental office in town!
