I have a 2018 Audi Q7. Vaughn has been taking care of my car for a little over a year now. Every time I go in there I feel like I’m talking with family. He genuinely cares about all his customers and treats every vehicle like it was his own. I don’t think I will ever find another mechanic like him.
Best experience I’ve had at a mechanic. I took my car in because the engine shield cover had come off. Not only was everyone super friendly, they were quick, communicative, explained the issue, and didn’t even charge for the service.
