Terrible experience with this company. I had a client who needed a loan and we contracted this appraisal company to get the appraisal done. To call it a disaster would be an understatement. It took a whole month to receive the appraisal report and when the report came in the appraiser had made 3 errors on the appraisal when submitting it. 1. Do not use this appraisal company they cost my client there lock because they did not deliver the appraisal many attempts were made to communicate with them to no avail.
