Service was great buy online prices from direct website was hundreds of dollars less than instore
Sales rep that helped me is why I keep buying Oakley. Keep good people like her, and I'll keep buying. Fantastic service, very personable, LISTENED to what I needed, Knew what stock she had on had, and right where it was. Totally fantastic.
I went into the store looking for info and options for prescription sunglasses with progressive lenses. Michelle answered my barrage of questions, explained all of the possibilities, and supplied much appreciated opinion as to some of the things I was considering. Her professionalism and clear knowledge of Oakley products combined with her warm nature made for an excellent shopping experience.
The store in Katy Mills always takes great care of me… Put together a couple custom pairs for me for some traveling I was doing… Great job…
