I had the best experience with Matt at Oakley Vault today in Orlando. Matt and the rest of the team there were so helpful. I was looking for a pair of photochromic cycling glasses that would fit my wide head. Matt helped me find the perfect pair that was within my budget. I don’t leave many Google reviews so this is a big deal for me. Thanks guys - you made my shopping experience incredible!!!!
Had a W issue with my Vanguards the online services was not able to resolve. Juan and the store manager quickly resolve my issue on a Store level. I highly recommend this location, and from now on I will be purchasing my Oakley products from this store specifically.

My Oakley glasses had a torn nosepad when I was in Orlando for a company conference. Walked into this Oakley outlet and Austin not only immediately found the replacement part, he also offered help to replace the nosepad, all without cost. Great customer service!
