Good customer service Last weekend I was on the search for Reef sandals in the mall. I figured I would try to see if there is any other flip flop that has the same support, so I tried Oakley. They have a flip flop that is not as comfortable but the good part was the sales representative that was tring to get me to try on the sandal even though I was not buying it. Oakley love love love!! Love love love the Oakley store!!! This store has the latest and greatest sunglasses you could ask for!If you love to snowboard they have the perfect eye protection, that are very fashionable!!!The selection of clothing is very fashionable as well!!!

Oakley Store! All Oakley Stores are fabulous. The selection's are always wonderful. I recommend coming here! They have a friendly staff that will help find any size you may need. They also are willing to show you any of the sunglasses they have available!!!
Poor Service Yesterday 12/28 when I went into the store around 3pm to exchange a pair of sunglasses, I was helped (if you call it that) by a less than apathetic salesperson. I wanted to exchange a pair of sunglasses that was a gift for a pair that was $20 more. When the sunglasses were purchased there was a 25% off coupon used by my spouse. The manager at the store mentioned that I could not simply pay $20 extra for the new glasses and that I would have to pay the difference between the sales price and full price sunglasses.... read more
