Dimitri greeted me as soon as I walked in, very polite and professional. He answered all my questions about the Oakley Meta glasses that I purchased, very knowledgeable. Overall great experience at the Oakley store at Woodfield Mall.
I been coming to this store for years, they always have great customer service here! Just ordered a pair of perscription Oakleys last month and the ordering process in the store was painless. Yes Oakley prices are high but I keep coming back because the quality of their products and the customer service.
Dimitri did a fantastic job showing all the options for my customized sunglasses and seemed knowledgeable in what he was doing. He was kind to me and those who came with me. Would recommend to others.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Highly recommend this store! I came in because I had broken the frame of my glasses. Since my glasses are quite expensive, I was worried about the cost of replacing the frame. To my surprise, one of the employees helped me out and gave me a replacement frame for free. That level of customer service is rare these days.
