My daughter with down syndrome needed glasses and we visited a TON of optical places before we discovered that the brand NanoVista had great indestructible glasses for kids, some of which have nose clips (for kids without much of a nose bridge). On two occasions the optometrist was very unpleasant. Regardless, I decided to still get my contacts purchases from here. Their office refused to refill me a small amount before I take a trip in which I require contacts for. Stating I needed to pay for a new prescription first (even though I explained the contacts and prescription I wear every day work perfectly for me and I only needed two weeks worth / would schedule something new). Great experience all around. Wonderful selection of frames, and first time I've been able to wear my progressive glasses without any adjustment time. Staff was very helpful, definitely the best optical place in the city!
