Received a stellar customer service from Hayley. Everything from frame and lens selection to fitting and final tweaking has been an absolutely perfect experience. You can easily tell when someone really likes their job, and Hayley is definitely one of those people.
I have been a patient and customer since 2019 and wish I could give this practice more than five stars! Dr. Caitlynn is fantastic! As are all the other opticians and staff! They are all so cohesive and have always treated me like an old friend. Huge shout outs to Renée and Catherine… my only complaint is that their frame selection is so wonderful that I end up buying too many glasses! Haha :-). I will be a client for life <3
