Worst customer service. I asked for help at the front . The lady Kim was very disrespectful. She behaved and treated me as she was above me it was very clear even my coworker pointed it out. She clearly lied about availability of items or has no clue what she’s talking about, you might not have them but others do. Even the ones you had for some reason weren’t able to change the lense on any. Don’t waste your money here. You’re better off buying online. Cheaper and you can get what you want. Your staff needs training .
My wife recently had her eyes examined and was extremely happy and grateful with the wonderful service she received from all the staff at the Kenaston location. She was having issues with one of her eyes, and after contacting our previous eye care professional who we had been using for 10 plus years couldn't or wouldn't assist, she reached out to Oakley who were able to schedule her for the necessary tests.
