We used Steve Oakley with Oakley Insurance for our business insurance and had a very poor experience. Instead of creating a new policy for our new business, he simply attempted to do a name change on the existing policy. That approach didn’t work properly and ended up putting our business in a difficult position with coverage issues. When we tried to address the problem, Steve was less than helpful and essentially unresponsive in communicating or trying to resolve it.
