We used Steve Oakley with Oakley Insurance for our business insurance and had a very poor experience. Instead of creating a new policy for our new business, he simply attempted to do a name change on the existing policy. That approach didn’t work properly and ended up putting our business in a difficult position with coverage issues. When we tried to address the problem, Steve was less than helpful and essentially unresponsive in communicating or trying to resolve it. Oakley Insurance took away the worry of a stressful sitation at a particularly difficult time in my life. (I had two heart attacks). He and the company took care of everything, and left nothing undone.
