Melissa took on my case after my lawyer left the firm. Instead of being upfront that she didn’t have the time for my case she was extremely condescending and dismissive. Weeks went by, deadlines passed and she hadn’t even looked at my file. Extremely disappointing service especially considering she is the founding lawyer of the firm.
Fatima was such a pleasure to deal with. Amazing! Amazing ! Amazing! I am very thankful for her help and expertise.
I would give 0 star if I can. My experience with Oakley had been terrible. I have a rather straight forward case, the first lawyer they gave me was super busy, didn’t do anything for my case for months and then they pass my case to a new lawyer they hired, again their explanation was my case is simple. This new lawyer quit her job 2 months in and she did very little for my case. So I was with them for 7 months and not much was done. She was really friendly and easy to talk to and provide provided excellent insight and suggestions.
