I had a wonderful lawyer at this firm when Melissa Oakley made a decision for someone to be hired at the firm shortly before my matter was anticipated to come to a close. She knew it would cause a conflict of interest but as the owner of Oakley Law, she okayed the decision anyway. Hence, I lost my lawyer days before Christmas that year.
