This place is wonderful. Best food within 100 miles, no doubt. Chef, please bring back the pork belly BLT 🙏 I lived for that sandwich.
We come here pretty regularly. They had a menu update and we like that a lot. It's diner comfort food: Burgers, chicken fried steak, some all day breakfast items. The food is great the service is good. The main issue (and I know it's the time of the year) are the flies inside. There must have been 8-10 flies constantly hounding us while we ate. Quaint place. Our server was very friendly. We had to contend with flies. We were sadly disappointed with the food. It might have been what we ordered. The chicken fried steak was hard and crispy and the gravy resembled oatmeal - gray and chunky. The chicken sandwich had too much sauce on it and the sweet potato fries were hard. The whole dinner was cold. It's such a fun place and we were so excited to be there. Hopefully our comments can be taken as a chance to improve a few things. Glad we tried it. Won't be going back.
