Hey, I appreciate this doctor very much. she helped me.I genuinely Believe she cares.
I've been a patient of Dr. Downing's for many years (decades?) and I have always received very good care from her. My only complaints I ever had were about a couple of nurses/receptionists many years ago, but they are no longer there. My wife is happy with her treatment there as well. Personally, I have epilepsy and must take large doses of medication to keep it under control. She has never, ever been dismissive of me or my questions. I am very upset with the standard of "care" I recieved from Dr. Downing, or lack there of. It is obvious this Dr. is lacking. As some.of the more recent comments I have experienced the same. Lack of compassion, not only not listening but interrupting dismissively, trying to insinuate psychiatric issues instead of treating real documented issues. Here is the truly unfortunate and incompetent part. I was sent from her office with no treatment for a ruptured ear drum that had a black fungal infection. I ended up at Cox UC for t... read more

She’s very compassionate and caring, and she always goes above and beyond to take care of the people in this community. She’s relevant… If she wasn't here practicing it would impact our community greatly for the worse. Thank You!
