Dr. Downing herself is 5 stars, so amazing. I’ve been with her since I was a child and she always listens and treats me with upmost care and respect and when I am coming to her for anything, she does her very best to help. I love her and will ALWAYS recommend her. My husband sees her too and she is/has been many of my family’s doctor, as well. The NP… she’s terrible. 1 Star for her. I love Dr Oakley Downing. She has always gone the extra mile for me and my family over many years. She always digs further and gets to the bottom of what is going on. She has never dismissed me or my concerns. My family has required her medical expertise over the last 6 years more than any other time in our lives and we are thankful for her.

I've been a patient of Dr. Downing's for many years (decades?) and I have always received very good care from her. My only complaints I ever had were about a couple of nurses/receptionists many years ago, but they are no longer there. My wife is happy with her treatment there as well. Personally, I have epilepsy and must take large doses of medication to keep it under control. She has never, ever been dismissive of me or my questions. I am very upset with the standard of "care" I recieved from Dr. Downing, or lack there of. It is obvious this Dr. is lacking. As some.of the more recent comments I have experienced the same. Lack of compassion, not only not listening but interrupting dismissively, trying to insinuate psychiatric issues instead of treating real documented issues.
