Bad customer service. Will do whatever they can to upcharge you to a service call rather than help fix the problem under your contract. I signed up with them because they were local and thought by paying more I'd get better service but that was never the case.
TRULY OUTSTANDING SERVICE - I have been with Oakley Alarms for the past 24 years. Just upgraded my home alarm system to digital with a great app on your phone - Just love it! This Winnipeg based business never lets me down. I can not say enough about the professionalism from the onsite technician. 5 stars & two thumbs up

Moved into the house with 1 year left on a contract, after contract ended Oakley continued billing for 3 years without a single phone call. Fraudulently billed for 3 years without any constant. Received an email 2 years ago saying there was a problem with our alarm.
