Had Oakley replace my business’s system after my previous monitoring provider was sold to an American firm (BellMTS sold to API) and customer service became horrible. The transition was seamless and they were able to work with my hardwired commercial system perfectly. They managed the whole switch in just a few hours. Great locally owned business and I feel much better about not only the service I will receive but also where my money is going.
Great company. Dennis the salesperson personally drove out to the country to examine the property and give us a quote. Installation was arranged promptly. Installer worked efficiently and gave us a thorough rundown of everything, answering all of our questions. Everybody we dealt with was super friendly, and the hardware/monitoring is really competitively priced. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
We love our new alarm and the great service we received from Tom, Jane and Lyndsay. A special thank you to Dennis in sales (this guy really knows his stuff!) and to Ryan who installed our system. Ryan was fantastic.
Bad customer service. Will do whatever they can to upcharge you to a service call rather than help fix the problem under your contract. I signed up with them because they were local and thought by paying more I'd get better service but that was never the case.
TRULY OUTSTANDING SERVICE - I have been with Oakley Alarms for the past 24 years. Just upgraded my home alarm system to digital with a great app on your phone - Just love it!
