Oakley sold our contract to Telus to "facilitate a retirement" (their words), yet the company is still operating. We chose Oakley for a number of reasons, but mainly the service was more personalized and we were supporting a Winnipeg business. We would've preferred to have made our own choice on an alternate service instead of being forced into a contract with Telus. I was a customer of Bell/MTS for 25 years until they decided to sell off the alarm division to an American company API. The service was so shocking that we quickly looked for a local family owned business solution that would meet and exceed our customer service expectations at all levels. Oakley Alarms has checked all the boxes and continues to go above and beyond on any installation and service expectations I have. Top shelf all around.

Thank you Oakley for the service you provide. I called today to inquire about a service call to replace a battery and spoke Riley. I felt that I was speaking to a friend/family member. This is one thing that ill miss the most once they are acquired by Telus. Thank you Dennis and Oakley Alarms for keeping the same price point through years. We need more businesses like yours🫡🫡
