Thank you Oakley for the service you provide. I called today to inquire about a service call to replace a battery and spoke Riley. I felt that I was speaking to a friend/family member. This is one thing that ill miss the most once they are acquired by Telus. Thank you Dennis and Oakley Alarms for keeping the same price point through years. We need more businesses like yours🫡🫡

I am deeply disappointed with how the recent sale and transition of Oakley Alarms’ customer accounts has been handled. The issue is not the internal business decision to sell, as companies certainly have the right to make strategic choices. The concern is the complete lack of communication and respect shown to existing customers throughout the process. This 5 star review is well deserved. When Bell sold off their residential alarm division in the fall of 2025, we were left to accept the successor, except this transition was not a smooth one, and we received no information whatsoever from our new provider explaining their services. We were not confident our monitoring was still in place! We have an older, but reliable hardwired system.
