After our first visit to the vet, we (dog included) we're more than happy to return for subsequent appointments. I loved how welcoming, caring and transparent the team have been. Knowing from the outset the team here are genuinely pet lovers made returning an easy choice. Great value for money and always felt like we had plenty of pressure free options offered at every step.
The staff are so friendly and focus on the comfort of the pet. They have cared for my three cats over the years and always have time to listen to any concerns and provide helpful advice. Reception staff focus on decreasing the stress of the visit for my cats by providing covers for the carrier. Even small things are done by the vet to help- like providing numbing cream before a blood test.
