I would give 0 stars to this place. Trust me you would not wont to stay here. Everything is always broken and Maintenace takes weeks to come and fix it. Staff is very rude especially Kelly. She comes off as unprofessional and racist. Why is she still there baffles me. Over priced raggedy apartment. DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS. You have been warned!!
We lived here in a 1 BR w/den for 1 year and the whole time lived alongside cockroaches and mice. The exterminator was in every other week but because the whole building was infested, the problem never went away! We even got some of our own traps but still had pests! Then, upon moving out, Oakleigh management decided to overcharge us to replace the carpet when it could have been cleaned with just a steamvac. They kept 1 month rent worth of a security deposit, ($750) to replace about 400 square feet of carpet! What a rip off!... read more
