This past year I have been working with the midwives for a loss and subsequent pregnancy. Even though I saw a rotation of the midwives, everyone was always up to date, the appointments were through, and not rushed. Even though some of my labs were in normal range, we treated symptoms and worked to increase a few labs, which made a world of difference in how I felt. Dr Kramer and her team care so deeply for their patients. She has been nothing but supportive and always does everything in her power to get awnsers in a timely matter, and takes her patients emotions into consideration. As someone struggling with infertility, this is the Dr you want on your side no matter the circumstances you are in.
I recently had a colposcopy with Lauren and was nervous about the procedure. However, Lauren's clear explanations and reassurance helped alleviate my concerns, resulting in a smooth experience. I highly recommend her professional services!!
Had an appointment to remove IUD and family plan. Attending nurse suggested labiaplasty to me. Unprovoked, out of nowhere, and no I had not asked any questions or mentioned any discomfort or problems in relation to that. Completely uncalled for. I left in tears and will never go back.
I cant say enough good things about everyone here. Dr Crow and his staff are amazing. Step by step guidance with my surgery. They informed me of absolutely everything to make sure I was making the best choice then every step after I made my choice they were great. Surgery was amazing. Recovery went smooth and they checked in a lot. Im so thankful I made the switch. Mayo clinic could learn a lot from you all about custom we service. Amazing. Thank you again.
