I called beforehand asking if they took my insurance. After saying yes, I confirmed again with an email photo of my insurance information and they called back confirming that they took it. So I show up, they ask for my card, look at it and confirm to go ahead. We go on with the visit, I had a few tests done which had to be discarded because the doctor came back saying they don't take my insurance, to which I basically owe them around $3,000 for basically nothing.
