We recently did a cash purchase of a 2002 Mercury Sable after getting a car totaled during an ice storm, so we were a bit desperate and short on cash. After driving it for a week, we discovered it needed front struts and springs. A 2002 out of Michigan, go figure! All set to return it as possibly unsafe, Pete the sales agent stepped up. I walked in here today on 2-29-2024 the 3 people that was in there looked up at me didn’t say anything put there head back down in continue to do what they were doing as if I wasn’t there I left. It’s sad how they do us
To everyone complaining, when you buy a used car you buy it as is, cars break down cars have problems y’all are just mad yall can’t pay the payments and your vehicle gets repoed so cry a damn river and get over your self (Over the years I have bought 4 cars from them and I’ve never had a problem with the owner or the employees everyone is super nice and willing to help) if you can’t take care of a vehicle or pay for one get a bike!
