I’ve been going here for over a year now. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff that I saw, they are kind, compassionate, and thorough. My biggest issue is the policies that this facility implements. Over the past year I’ve had things come up where I’ve had to call (hours in advance) to cancel or change an appointment. If you don’t give TWENTY FOUR hours in advance it counts against you. After so many you get put on the cancellation list where you have to call and see if they have appointments day of. I should have written a review years ago. I’ve been seeing Dr Thakur for several years now, possibly ten or so. I’m been receiving care from a number of doctors because of my family moving since my early 40s. I’m 75. Never have I been received with more integrity, respect and compassion and competence than at this facility. I trust and rate them highly. I’d give them ten stars if offered.
Dr. Thakur is wonderful! She is very smart and listens to every word you say to her. She is so easy to talk to and gives great advice.
