I couldnt give zero stars so they get one. This hospital network used to be one of the best but now it is one of the worst I have ever seen. Not only have they been jerking my husband around for years with his medical condition that no one seems to know how to treat. I had an appointment this morning that I had to wait a month for and really needed to see a dr, they called me 25 minutes before my appt to say they need to reschedule because my dr had a meeting. Called 20 minutes prior to my appointment to let them know I was running late. They had told me if I was here by 11:50 for check in, I would be able to be seen. I walked in the door for check in at 11:49. The younger girl with the tattooed arm proceeded to tell me I couldn’t be checked in because it was after 11:50. The time had JUST turned 11:50. Told me I had to reschedule. They need to better educate their staff on timing and how they word their phrases apparently.
