I want to preface this review with a positive; both the office staff member Jacob and Patient Advocate Representative Amy were absolutely everything you should expect and want in the health care field. Warm, understanding, and immensely helpful. The providers could learn much from them! Dr. Toutanji is truly exceptional and consistently ahead of the game. When she says she’ll take care of something, it’s already done before you even think to follow up. I’ve been extremely impressed with the quality of her care. She takes the time to listen attentively and ensures that every concern is thoroughly addressed. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

This place has some amazing practitioners aides and doctors working at it . Everybody is very kind and you’re seen quickly with respect. That’s pretty rare now nowadays . I would Recommend this place to anybody

The providers are good, but the office staff is impossible to work with. They will never call you back, even after leaving messages once a week for a month. Absolutely horrible to work with. If you are only going for a face to face visit, it will be good. If you ever need to call for any reason there is zero chance you will get through .
