I no longer trust Oaklawn Medical Group Albion. In the past year I was referred to a neurosurgeon who tried selling me a 1500 dollar back brace and wanted to do 2 surgeries on my back. My second opinion told me to run away as fast as I can. Back problem has been resolved with PT, a 30 dollar back brace and Pain Clinic visits no thanks to OMG Albion. I also had severe neuropathy which they failed to resolve. I went to Cleveland Clinic just to find out is was diabetes. OMG Albion was unable to diagnose something this simple. G... read more

Been here multiple times, the doctors that assisted me are great. Today I had an appointment at 7:40am. Google said office opens 8am. Called 7:28, 7:31am, and 7:35am to ask if me being 15mins late is okay—went straight to voicemail 3 times. Still made the drive from Marshall to Albion arrived 7:55am and obviously was denied. This isn’t about me not being able to reschedule because I leave on a flight tomorrow, it’s about me still making the drive despite not getting ahold of the office to inform them my concern.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and everyone I encountered was very friendly. Amy took the time to get to know me and she listened! I have been looking for a primary care physician since my move to Michigan. She is absolutely wonderful! All of them were so sweet. I am extremely happy to have found them.
