This is more going towards registration. We were registered at 6:06 AM. At 6:45 AM I started asking questions why we were not called back. We finally saw somebody carrying an x-ray vest and ask him if he was part of the radiology and he said yes. He then went checked on our name. He came back out and he says somebody will be with you soon. When the lady came out to get us, she thought we had missed our appointment. I let her know that we’ve been there since 6:06 AM. The technician was very good. She introduced herself and explained what she was doing. She was very easy on my vein and it didn’t hurt.
