Since the last "reorganization" (2020), service has been horrible. The front office staff could care less about helping you. They must go home early, because they don't answer the phone after 4:15PM - during business hours. If they are not indifferent to you, they give you an attitude. Horrible. There isn't a way to get hold of the physician to complain about this. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Dusty is the lady in the front office.

So incredibly thankful for this office. They got me in imediately as a new patient. I called and my appointment was 30 minutes later. It was long over due for me to go. They were welcoming, listened to what I said, and were quick to help. Will absolutely cone back.

(UPDATE) Infinity Family Wellness is now here. THIS REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE OLD DOCTORS WHO WERE HERE WHEN IT WAS OAKLAWN FAMILY PRACTICE. These people(infinity wellness) are a joke. 100$ a year to be a patient. The front desk assistant Dusty is very condescending. Sounds like she hates her job and life. I have been with Dr Campbell since 2007. I have always had a pleasant time every time I have needed nonemergency medical attention. In office appointments are handled promptly as possible. Most of the office staff have email addresses and their phone system is setup to direct medical questions to their dedicated physician.This ensures that you're interactions are with the same medical assistant. I recommend the practice if you are in need of a primary care physician.

I've always had good luck with Dr. Campbell and the staff. Dr. Campbell is highly practical and nonsense. I appreciate those qualities, if you like to be coddled you may not.
