Emergency Department sent me home with a SEVERE blood infection. Spent the next 10.5 days in Henry Ford Jackson.
Came in for abdominal pain, needed CT, took two hours for this to get read. While sitting in my room no one checked in on me the entire time to let me know what was going on. Shouldn’t have taken as long as it did. The ER was not that busy.
The staff at oaklawn ER are very professional, proficient and caring. There are no words to express how wonderful the care was that I received during my visit. I will continue to utilize Oaklawn for my care needs.
