Get directionsGenerally I go to this ER over my hometown's hospital. I've never had a bad experience; until tonight. The polite check in staff member was the only thing decent about this visit.
Very rude check-in worker. Terrible. Brittany however she spells her name... I call to check if any person arrived to the ER overnight by blank name and she says "nope". I said you're not going to check you database and you know everyone who has come in by name, your at your station all hours... "yep within the last 36 hours no one has come in by that name"... I'm assuming the place is small and receives no traffic for her to be 100% certain. 🤔
Emergency Department sent me home with a SEVERE blood infection. Spent the next 10.5 days in Henry Ford Jackson.
Came in for abdominal pain, needed CT, took two hours for this to get read. While sitting in my room no one checked in on me the entire time to let me know what was going on. Shouldn’t have taken as long as it did. The ER was not that busy.
Oaklawn Emergency Department has a 4.3 star rating with 1,144 reviews.
Oaklawn Emergency Department is open now. It is open 24/7.
