They say no appointment is necessary for COVID testing, however, upon arrival, they do insist that each person being tested for COVID must receive a telehealth visit. They refused to offer COVID testing without the telehealth appointment even after PCP called them to request a test. We waited in the parking lot while PCP and Afterhours team discussed and ultimately insisted on the telehealth appt. Absolutely the greatest place. Staff was so sweet from the time we entered to the time we left. I highly recommend them.
Horrible. Would not see me and the woman was so rude.
My daughter was acting like she had another ear infection, so I took her in on her 1st birthday. Everyone was so sweet and caring. Nurse Adam gave her stickers, and kit with lots of goodies. Dr. Green was also great with my little one. The staff also took excellent care of my husband when he had a herniated disc.
Best walk in clinic experience I have ever had. I waited a total of 10min to see the doctor. The nurse, Adam, was efficient, friendly, and caring. I felt like he was taking care of me instead of just my symptoms. The doctor was in very shortly afterward, did a thorough look over and made sure I didn't leave without my first dose of antibiotic since my pharmacy was already closed for the night.
