DON'T BUY HERE! Slowest project in South Australia. Has been 15 months since contract was signed and construction has not started yet... They will tell you dates that will never happen. Regret, regret, regret...
Signed for a new house in June 23 and as at Nov 24 no work has begun. I reckon they're hoping people pull out so they can sell the same house for more money. Bit of a rip off outfit if you ask me. Photo shows non existent house. Poor show.
Signed for a property at Oaklands Green in June 2023. It is now November 2024 and nothing has been done. Over a year of absolutely no progress whatsoever. Not happy. Many others also in the same situation.
I recently had the pleasure of touring a property with Josh, who was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also exceptionally welcoming and eager to assist.
