The person at the front desk said hello, but that was it. I had a question about a product and was waiting my turn when another couple walked up and was helped before me. Customer service sucked. We left.

In town on vacation. Stopped in there today, looking for something specific, guy behind the counter response was "Not going to happen" no other help trying to find and make the $4000+ sale. Brother in law was looking for a couple high end things as well, but when he asked the help how his day was going, his response was "Another day in hell" . I can't believe the amount of high quality rifles and tac equipment Oakland Tactical carries! Their online store made it very easy for me to make my purchase, and when I called to ask a question Mike was extremely knowledgable and helpful. There's no better gun shop in the Detroit area for quality equipment and service!
