I look forward to training with Cindy every week even if that means driving 30-40 min to see her. She is worth the money and time! I used to go to workout group classes and go to the gym on my own without really getting any closer to my fitness goals. Cindy focused a lot on laying the foundations and making sure I can do the movements with proper form before adding weight. She also recommended realistic diet changes for me. Cindy is a fantastic trainer. She has a special talent at seeing what an individual needs and coaching to that. She’s also very tuned in and professional - she’ll never ignore you while you do your reps. I asked her to get me “strong as f*ck,” and she delivered!
