The property manager joel help me and my wife with our move in and interview. He made everything so smooth for us to move in. It seems like he keeps the property clean and upkept. The pool rules may seem a bit strict but i understand its a condo and not a rental. They offer pest control for free and gives us the days they come for the year. Very nice property.
