The center's microphone/sound system was terrible. The Oakland Magic Circle's 100-year Gala event was marred by the sound system. Instead of an A- quality event, it was a C-. The system disrespected the artists who spent all their energy curating their talent for this show.. It must have been frustrating to the performers as much as the pain experienced by the audience.
