Jose was fantastic. I called Oakland Rooter Plumbing Co. with a faucet issue at 9:30 AM, got a 1–3 PM appointment, and Jose called at 12:15 saying he could come early. By 1:30 the job was done. He not only fixed the problem quickly but saved me from what could have been a very costly repair. Professional, efficient, and honest — ask for Jose Sanchez

Just had a wonderful experience with Jose M. from Oakland Rooter. We had a backup in our shower and toilet after the washer drained. It hadn't happened before and the backup relieved itself, but we were still concerned that there was a clog/block somewhere downpipe of the shower. Jose came out and checked the cleanout pipe and recreated the same situation. Ran the shower, flushed the toilet while draining the washer. Just moved to the Bayt Area and needed a plumber, A neighbor recommended Oakland Rooter. The toilet kept running and because it was a push button (unfamilar to us), we couln't fix it. Oakland Rooter got a plumber to us in less than an hour. Fixed it in 10 minutes. Great to see some are still interested in customer service. I highly reommend this company.
We had a bad plugged drain in the bathroom, and my husband, a great 'amateur' plumber who has always fixed our plumbing problems, tried to fix it for two days. We finally called Oakland Rooter, and they came out right away, in about three hours. They totally diagnosed the problem and fixed it right there, and it runs better than it ever has.
