I called Oakland rooter at 6 am in the morning. I left a voice message for someone to call me back once they opened. To my surprise I received a call at 7 am. Office manger Miguel called me and I was on the books for an 8 am to 9 am arrival window. Eddie and Will diagnosed my unknown leak after an extensive inspection. Turns out I needed to change out a toilet wax ring. So I decided to just change out the entire toilet. They picked up the new one from Home Depot and disposed of the old one. Update August 2026- Oakland Rooter came out and yet again provided outstanding service. Big thanks to Jose! ********* My bathtub/shower faucet decided to break late Friday afternoon before a long weekend (of course). The water was gushing out of the faucet and could not be turned off!! I called a few places recommended by friends and none could come out until the following Tuesday - yikes so much wasted water! It was a pleasure speaking to Ignacio who took our call Monday evening around closing time and who sent Eddie out first thing Tuesday morning to replace our broken kitchen faucet in no time. Eddie also changed our old hot and cold angle stops under the sink and replaced our old main gate valve with a 1/4 turn ball value. It feels good to have a new faucet and valves. I am very happy with the work that was done by Oakland Rooter. We had a big apartment building project involving a Hot water line replacement recently. The service was impeccable!
