I hired Oakland Rooter & Plumbing after speaking to several plumbing companies. I was frustrated with no shows, differing opinions and estimates. Oakland Rooter Plumbing has been my go to plumber for a decade including a full house repipe, clogged drains, and you name it until yesterday. My tub wasn’t draining and needed a snake and new back flow valve so I agreed to an $800 fix. Fast forward to completion, the tub drains now, however; the drain does not sit flush in the bottom of the tub causing pooling water, and the plumber absolutely destroyed (deep dime size black chips) the enamel of an irreplaceable iron tub.
I called Oakland rooter on a Thursday and they had someone to my house Friday morning (it was not a plumbing emergency). Eddie was on time, courteous, and fixed our leaking sink within 30 minutes. He explained to me in detail what was wrong and what he did to resolve it. I would use this company again and was very happy with Eddie’s service.
We had a trunk line under our house replaced. Very small crawl space. Jose visited on Friday. Fair price quoted on Monday. Work done on Thursday! Excellent work done by Jose and Wilson. House left very clean. All work completed professionally. Super!
