My Nana who has dementia is staying at this facility. Michael has been very kind and helpful; he goes out of his way to schedule video calls for me and my other family members to meet with my Nana. I live on the west coast, and if it weren’t for these video calls, I wouldn't be able to see her at all. Thank you to Michael and the other compassionate staff members who are taking care of my Nana. My family and I appreciate you so much!💛

Thank you for your kind service. Also, is there any way I can purchase a hearing aid? My mother has hearing loss, so she sleeps a lot and can't socialize with friends. She even eats alone, and it's not pleasant to look at. Please help. Please reply. I’m a first time patient here at Oakland and honestly I didn’t want to stay another day until I met Vita. She’s been so kind and loving towards me there’s not a thing she wouldn’t do for me. It’s been wonderful to see and meet someone that understands me and have compassion especially culture wise. Now I don’t want to leave.
