Geoffrey is not a good employee. He is the one that is assigned to my Grandmother’s Room. He ignores when the patient requests help. She rings the bell and he will never come unless I am at the rehab. My grandmother will call me at home and I have to drive in to ask him to help her. I feel terrible and wish that we can do something about it. He sits at the front desk all day and does not help his coworkers. My mom just left the facility two days ago. She was there for about five days for physical therapy. The staff is patient, kind, and caring. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. The facility was clean, well lit, open floor plan, and airy. I would definitely give the facility an A plus and would surely recommend it to others.
