This place is the most atrociously run office I have ever seen. So poorly run in fact, that the Doctors have left one by one in the last year. You'll get better mental health treatment sitting at home and talking to a wall. I came here for help during a very dark time in my life. This office and staff did absolutely nothing to help. I actually endured more stress and financial burden after being blatantly lied to about charges for tests and visits by staff. Avoid this place like the plague. Doctors were good. I was a patient here for several months a few years ago. At that time, this practice (along with multiple other Oakland Psychological Clinics in Michigan) had something like a 4.9/5 rating on Google, with numerous fake accounts and/or bots giving false 5-star reviews. Glad to see Google deleted most of them. During my time here, I observed numerous shady/unethical/immoral practices that I believe extend to other patients. 1. I tried calling there twice as this is the closest place to my home to find a therapist. Yesterday, when I called, the lady was rude upfront, and her computer system was not working so wanted to call back today, so she could not schedule yesterday. I explained her, that I saw the Blue Cross site and their place came up as the nearest one to schedule a therapist appointment with Prasad. Today, I called again, first she got mad at me for not selecting the Option 1, because that's the selection for new patients. Well okay, I to... read more
